Beautiful, light and great tasting tuna with a sauce that kicks it over the top!
The tuna was more well done than expected, but also, I think I would've been skeptical of seared tuna from a delivery company, so I wasn't disappointed. Loved the sauce combinations - really everything was excellent.
The noodles were made prefect, I was worry they would stick together. Tuna was good and fresh.
