About Edward:

Born and raised in Brittany, France, Chef Edward's cooking style is true to his roots. From a very early age, food took center-stage in Edward's life. Whether at large family gatherings, when his parents entertained or simple home cooked meals, good food was always being served.  In 2005, Edward graduated from The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City where he continues cooking for both private and corporate clients.  Edward loves traveling the world, learning about new flavors and cooking technics and, while familiar with many cuisines, French and Mediterranean foods are his strongest suits.

welcome Brooke Alpert M.S., R.D., C.D.N.

We'd like to welcome nationally recognized nutrition expert, author and New Yorker Brooke Alpert to our CookUnity.

Brooke received her Masters of Science at New York University and completed her dietetic training at Mt. Sinai Hospital in affiliation with NYU. She is the founder of B Nutritious, a private nutrition counseling and consulting firm located on the Upper East Side.

She will work with our artisan chefs community creating even healthier, tastier, more balanced and conscious meals for you to enjoy.
