Known for the best tomatoes around the area, we enjoy their heirloom tomatoes throughout the season. Juicier, red, unperfect, flavorful tomatoes. This is how every tomato should look and taste like. We also get a lot of our seasonal veggies from Summer Wind.

I cooked mine in the oven, and really enjoyed it. Everything cooked up great, and the southwest flavor was nice and spicy. The toppings were ample which I love because I love avocado and tomatoes. The burger was medium, which I was happily surprised even after in the oven for some time. The sweet potatoes were great too, and very filling.
