Story of the meal

Our hormone-free chicken breast is grilled to perfection and served with a Chausseur sauce. Simple yet bursting with flavor, this sauce's base is made up from fresh mushrooms, shallots and herbs, served over hearty wild rice with chickpeas and roasted cherry tomatoes.
