Story of the meal
Thin slices of chicken breast wrapped and pounded until its tender. Seasoned with salt and pepper and grilled in a pan. Top if off with flavorful rosemary, arugula, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and homemade balsamic dressing. Best served cold and with a glass of white whine or Chardonnay.

Known for the best tomatoes around the area, we enjoy their heirloom tomatoes throughout the season. Juicier, red, unperfect, flavorful tomatoes. This is how every tomato should look and taste like. We also get a lot of our seasonal veggies from Summer Wind.

Simple, fresh, sensational. I could eat this every day and hopefully I will.
The heating instructions need to be updated. For the microwave it says to eat cold whereas for the oven it says to heat at 350.
Perfect for lunch.
