We use our side dishes with seasonal veggies found at the market, so they may change. We try to make a healthy and delicious snack to balance the meal and to make it more fun.

Meals are delivered chilled
Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safeRemove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.
In the Oven (recommended)1. Preheat to 350F 2. Pour sauce on top 3. Cook for 12 min or until heated through
In the Microwave (recommended)1. Pour sauce on top 2. Put the container lid on 3. Cook for 2 min.

Didn't look like much in the package, but it tasted good and the chicken was cooked perfectly; and as I reflect after having finished the meal, it was quite satisying.
