Story of the meal

It’s maple-mustard deliciousness! Chef Isaac made this sweet and spicy dish with sustainably caught salmon. Paired with kale and butternut squash and finished with fresh parsley and thyme. This dish is light and fresh, it's so perfect!

Satur Farms, owned by chef Eberhard Müller and his wife Paulette Satur, is dedicated to growing the finest vegetables and culinary ingredients. It began when they purchased their original farm on the North Fork of Long Island in 1997, with the intention of growing some vegetables and herbs for Chef Müller's restaurant. Colleagues in New York City asked if they might be able to buy their produce, and the farm as a business became a reality.

Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe

Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Oven (recommended)

1. Preheat to 400F 2. Cook for 12 min or until heated through. 3. Pour sauce on top to taste

In the Microwave (recommended)

1. Leave the container lid on 2. Cook for 1.45 min for medium rare or 2.15 min for medium-well done. 3. Pour sauce on top of salmon to taste
