Story of the meal
In a skillet, heat the olive oil with the garlic and ginger. Add the onion, bell pepper, and dried red chilies to the skillet and cook until onions are soft. Add the shrimp, the gluten-free soy sauce, the vinegar, lime juice and honey. And cook until the sauce thickens. Szechuan Shrimp it's really really tasty, tender shrimp is covered in a concentrated spicy sauce with shallots, peppers and red chili.

Known for the best tomatoes around the area, we enjoy their heirloom tomatoes throughout the season. Juicier, red, unperfect, flavorful tomatoes. This is how every tomato should look and taste like. We also get a lot of our seasonal veggies from Summer Wind.
